Shipping & Returns
We ship all of our grocery items via UPS. We carefully pack all of our items making sure they arrive in the best condition possible.
However, because it ships in a UPS truck, occasionally items can break and become a bit damaged.
We do our very best to ensure that doesn’t happen. But because this is something we cannot control, please be aware when placing your order some items may not be in perfect condition.
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. We will contact you if necessary to replace/delete items if they are not in stock.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking information.
All packages will be processed and shipped from Flushing, NY.
At Patel Brothers your satisfaction is our guarantee, and we will do our best to provide you with the freshest, highest quality products in the market.
Unfortunately, mistakes do happen, and we will do our best to compensate our customers. If items are damaged/expired, we will give customers a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that we do not give credit for perishable items such as bread, vegetables, frozen foods, etc.
Please not that all return claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.
